Urei blue horns foam ?

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone would know what kind of blue foam on urei horns was ? Can just the foam be bought and where ?

It's highly unlikely that they'll have anything prior to the JBL acquisition (A-, B-series) but they may still have some C-series and 809 parts on hand.
